THE PRIVATE CLIENT MEMBERSHIP

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in The Private Client Membership with Nejla Renee Styling, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Overview

The Private Client Membership is an ongoing strategic styling partnership designed to provide continuous wardrobe support, styling guidance, shopping assistance, and seasonal wardrobe refinement.

Membership may include:

Ongoing shopping support and curated recommendations

Seasonal wardrobe updates and styling refinement

Event and travel styling guidance

Priority scheduling access

Up to four in-person sessions annually

Direct styling support during business hours

All services are personalized based on the client’s lifestyle, wardrobe goals, schedule, travel needs, and personal style preferences.

Commitment & Billing

Minimum Commitment

The Private Client Membership requires a minimum six (6) month commitment beginning on the date of enrollment.

Monthly Investment

Membership is billed at $1,350 per month.

Payments are automatically charged monthly on the agreed-upon billing date unless otherwise outlined in writing.

Late Payments

If payment is not received within five (5) business days of the due date, membership services may be paused until the balance is paid in full.

Membership Communication & Support

Styling Support

Clients receive ongoing styling communication and support during standard business hours. This may include:

Outfit approvals

Shopping feedback

Styling recommendations

Event dressing guidance

Travel wardrobe assistance

Wardrobe decision support

Typical response time is within 1–2 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Business Hours

Support is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Responses during evenings, weekends, and holidays are not guaranteed.

In-Person Sessions

Membership includes up to four (4) in-person styling or closet sessions per calendar year.

Unused sessions do not roll over and may not be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative services.

Scheduling is subject to availability and requires advance booking.

Shopping & Purchases

Nejla Renee Styling may provide shopping recommendations, curated product selections, and wardrobe suggestions throughout the membership.

The client is responsible for all clothing purchases, tailoring costs, shipping fees, return fees, and related expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed due to retailer inventory, sizing availability, or seasonal changes.

Event & Travel Styling

Travel and event styling support may include:

Packing guidance

Outfit planning

Occasion dressing recommendations

Shopping support for upcoming events

Large-scale event preparation, rush requests, or extensive travel support outside the scope of typical membership services may require additional fees.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or lack of communication may impact membership scheduling priority.

Membership Cancellation & Renewal

Early Cancellation

The Private Client Membership is designed as a long-term styling partnership. Early cancellation prior to completion of the initial six-month commitment is not permitted.

Ongoing Renewal

After the initial six-month term, membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days written notice.

Termination by Nejla Renee Styling

Nejla Renee Styling reserves the right to terminate membership at any time due to non-payment, inappropriate conduct, repeated scheduling issues, or failure to maintain respectful communication.

Confidentiality

All client information, wardrobe details, sizing information, personal preferences, and lifestyle information shared throughout the membership will remain confidential.

Nejla Renee Styling will request permission before sharing client imagery, testimonials, or styling work publicly whenever possible.

Results Disclaimer

The Private Client Membership is intended to provide expert styling guidance, wardrobe refinement, and ongoing support. Results may vary based on client participation, purchasing decisions, lifestyle changes, and individual preferences.

Agreement

Enrollment in The Private Client Membership confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Nejla Renee Styling reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time with written notice to active members.
